Zodiac is committed to making your shopping experience a success and offers free returns on all orders from ZodiacWatches.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please enclose your proof of purchase and use your prepaid shipping label to send your Zodiac purchase back for return. We accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase, and the shipping’s on us. Visit this link to access your order. Use your order number, order email address, and the billing ZIP or postal code on the order. Please select the reason for the returned item(s). Download your return shipping label. Print out the label, noting the tracking number, and affix it to your package. Bring your package to your local FedEx store or drop box and track the package to know when to expect your refund.
